Our work has included handling the sale of five centres and facilitating the acquisition of several last mile logistics sites as replacement assets, supporting refinancing negotiations and the management of a large high street retail portfolio optimising value through the re-gear and renewal of lettings prior to disposal of each asset.

M&G
We have worked with M&G for over 20 years on a portfolio of retail assets across the UK, including the Friary Centre, Guildford and Two Rivers, Staines. High levels of transactions are recorded on a client portal tailored to M&G's processes. Recently we acted in the sale of the Cwmbran shopping centre, a major regional scheme comprising 170 units.

We also provide asset management services to Grand Arcade Shopping Centre in Wigan, advising on the letting of the former Debenhams store to an operator who will repurpose the unit as a multipurpose F&B and leisure venue.
